D\u00e9cryptage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Opter pour la forme associative, peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer ad\u00e9quat \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 et ne plus correspondre au d\u00e9veloppement du projet par la suite. Dans ces conditions, il peut \u00eatre envisag\u00e9 de faire \u00e9voluer la structure porteuse vers un autre statut juridique afin de r\u00e9ajuster son organisation interne au regard des nouveaux objectifs poursuivis. Sur ce point, le droit existant offre d\u00e9j\u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de transformation d\u2019une association en de nombreuses autres formes juridiques, m\u00eame si l\u2019adoption du statut de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 commerciale demeure toujours interdite.
