Au moment o\u00f9 la France a battu un record de faillites d\u2019entreprises en 2013[1]<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>, une r\u00e9forme de la pr\u00e9vention des difficult\u00e9s des entreprises et des proc\u00e9dures collectives a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e le 12 mars 2014. Promulgu\u00e9 par voie d\u2019ordonnance, ce nouveau dispositif applicable \u00e0 partir du 1er<\/sup> juillet 2014 concerne le secteur associatif qui lui aussi est durement impact\u00e9 par la crise \u00e9conomique. <\/b><\/p>\n

Prise en application de l\u2019article 2 de la loi n\u00b02014-1 du 2 janvier 2014 habilitant le gouvernement \u00e0 simplifier et s\u00e9curiser la vie des entreprises, l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b02014-326 portant r\u00e9forme de la pr\u00e9vention des difficult\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises et des proc\u00e9dures collectives a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en Conseil des Ministres le 12 mars dernier[2]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>. Ce nouveau dispositif consolide notre droit interne en cette mati\u00e8re et proc\u00e8de \u00e0 des ajustements dans le but d\u2019aider le secteur associatif \u00e0 surmonter le contexte actuel de crise. Cette r\u00e9forme tombe donc \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce faite le 16 avril 2014 par le Premier ministre de r\u00e9duire de 11 milliards d\u2019euros sur 3 ans les dotations de l\u2019Etat aux collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, ce qui devrait r\u00e9duire encore un peu plus la marge de man\u0153uvre des associations[3]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
