Entre la loi d\u2019Economie sociale et solidaire, la nouvelle charte des engagements r\u00e9ciproques \u00ab\u00a0Etat, Collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, Associations\u00a0\u00bb et la r\u00e9\u00e9criture de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">circulaire Fillon du 20 janvier 2010<\/span> pour tenir compte de l\u2019adaptation du \u00ab\u00a0Paquet Almunia\u00a0\u00bb ou de la nouvelle directive sur les march\u00e9s publics, c\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une bonne partie du socle juridique sur lequel repose actuellement le secteur associatif qui devrait \u00eatre
